Copied by ʻAlī ibn Maḥmūd ibn Abī Ṭālib (fol. 73a)., Incipit (as extant): ان لم يکن قيل له اعمل ما ترى وصححا في قسطه وقررا ..., Colophon: قد انتهى نظم الخلافيات * والحمد لله على الحالات * ثم الصلوة والسلام ابدًا * على النبي الهاشمي سرمدًا * وصاحب النظم ابو حفص عمر * من نسف اتم هذا في صفر * للنصف يوم السبت وقت التغذية * في سنة الاربع الخمسماية. وقد نسخه السيد الضعيف الداعي لجميع المسلمين سيد علي بن محمود ابن ابي طالب \| Remnants of binding in dark brown leather survive.
