Ms. temp. no. 110 Binding: Boards covered in black cloth ; Western style binding ; pastedowns and flyleaves printed in a geometric design resembling a scale pattern in dark maroon ; cover gold stamped "فيصل التفرقة" ; pulled by conservation such that cover / case and sewing threads are housed in one envelope and text pages in two others (five leaves per slide / folder, three slides per envelope) with all envelopes in one larger envelope. Support: Brown machine wove paper, extremely brittle. Decoration: Keywords rubricated. Script: Naskh ; elegant Ottoman hand in a medium line ; mainly serifless with effect of tilt to the left, curvilinear descenders, pointing in distinct dots, final yāʼ often unpointed. Layout: Written in 17 lines per page ; frame-ruled. Collation: i, 3 V(30), i (originally), exclusively quinions ; now pulled / disbound with conjugate leaves divided ; catchwords present ; pagination in pencil, Western numerals, supplied during digitization (includes front flyleaf).
