Original text cropped, cut and remounted with new margins in gutter. Folios subsequently rebound in IOL red half leather binding, stamp dated 11 Dec 1935. Folios damaged by wormholes, later repairs, and stains. Labels from the earlier loose paper wrapper (sheet of nineteenth-century legislation) remounted at beginning.
