Notes
Collection of miscellaneous works on Sufism. Defective at end. Volume not dated; individual items are dated (items b, c, d), ranging from 13 Muḥarram 1140-18 Shavvāl 1144/15 September 1727-14 April 1732. Incomplete summary of contents added at beginning (flyleaves Ar and Bv). Multiple awkward naskh and nastaʿlīq hands. Stamped and pencil foliation. Lacks original binding. Original text cropped, cut and remounted with new margins in gutter. Folios subsequently rebound in IOL red half leather binding, stamp dated 11 Dec 1935. Folios damaged by wormholes, later repairs, and stains. Labels from the earlier loose paper wrapper (sheet of nineteenth-century legislation) remounted at beginning.
