Notes The interpretation is divided into three sections; The first part of it ends on folio 237 at the end of Surat Al-Ra’ad, and the second part ends on folio 425 and begins with Surat Al-Kahf and ends at the end of the book, and the third part contains a summary explaining the ambiguities of Ibn Attiya’s interpretation, arranged according to the letters of the alphabet, and at the end of it is some of what the author saw in a dream. At the beginning is an index of the names of the surahs, written in the year 1170 AH. The pages except the first and second are surrounded by frames drawn in red, and in the margins there are some corrections and various explanations. This copy was mentioned in the previous catalog of manuscripts of Al-Dahiriyya Ulum Al-Qur’an by Dr. Azza Hassan.
Sample Text Praise be to God who has bestowed upon us faith and honored us with the recitation of the Qur’an, so thanks to God its lights shone upon us and became apparent to those with knowledge when contemplating and contemplating its seas. As for what follows: O brother, God has illuminated my heart and your heart with the lights of certainty and made me and you among His pious saints... For I have collected for myself and for you in this summary what I hope that my eyes and your eyes will acknowledge to God in both worlds. I have included, thanks be to God, the important things included in Ibn Atiyya’s interpretation and I have added great benefits to it. From other books of imams and trustworthy figures of this nation
