• Based on the manuscript calligraphed by Nūrī ʻUthmān known as Qāyishzādah or Kayışzade Hafız Osman Nuri Efendi (1833-1894). Date of transcription: 1305 AH (1887 or 1888)., • Title from folios 3r and 5v., • Catchwords and page numbers included., • Incipit: استغفرالله العظیم، ثلاثا ...بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم و صلی الله علی سیدنا محمدو اله و صحبه و سلم الهی بجاه نبیک..., • Explicit/Colophon: سوّده کثیر المساوی،راجـى عفو ربه المنان، بوردوری الحقیرنوری، عثمان المشتهر بقایش زاده، بلّغه الله الحسنی و زیاده، لسنة خمس و ثلثمائة والف، من هجرة من له العز و الشّرف. Romanized: "Sawwdahu kathīr al-masāwī, Rājī ‘Affi Rabbah al-Mannān, Būrdūrī al-ḥaqīr Nūrī, ʻUthmān al-mushtahir bi-Qāyish Zādah, Ballaghahu Allāh al-Ḥusná wa Zīyadah, Li-Sanat Khamsin wa Thalāthimi’at wa alf, min Hijrat man lahu al-‘izzu wa-al-sharaf.", • Layout: 11 lines per page. Text framed in gold and red. Section headings are written in decorated cartouches in red and gold. End of each statement is marked with a golden and red, round flower motif., • Script: Superb Naskh script in Black ink; Text framed in gold and red., • Double page decoration on folios 5v and 6r, decorated sarlawḥ and margins in gold and red (coloured media added after print). The title of the manuscript (Dalāʼil al-Khayrāt) is written in a Shamsah in the sarlawh area and the title of chapter (Muqaddamah) is written in the katībah. Another double page decoration on 22v and 23r, decorated sarlawḥ and margins in gold and red. The title of the chapter (Faṣl fī kayfīyat ṣalawāt ʻalá al-nabī ṣallá Allāh ʻalayhi wa-sallam = A Chapter on how to recite prayers upon the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace) is written in a Shamsah in the sarlawh area., • The text on folios 5r, 93r and 93v is divided into sections by square cartouches decorated with floral Shamah motifs, and bands decorated with floral motifs and eslīmī leaves., • Folios 20v and 21r contain printed images of the Sacred Mosque of Mecca and the Tomb-Mosque of the Prophet in Medina., • The colophon is written in a Shamsah decorated in gold and red. Bottom of folios 20r, 21v and 22r are decorated with two triangular corner pieces ornamented with floral, Shamsah and eslīmī patterns., • Binding note: Binding: Hybrid of Islamic and western binding with an envelope flap, board covered with blue fabric, gold stamped in the middle with and almond-shaped floral motif, text block not attached to the binding. Cream burnished European style wove paper, dark machine-made flyleaf and endpaper, Gilt edges, catchwords and page numbers.

کتاب های دعا در سراسر سرزمین های اسلامی رواج داشته است. رونویسی، تلاوت و استماع کتب ادعیه، عبادت و دارای آثار طلسم بوده است. دلائل الخیرات، تألیف محمد بن سلیمان الجزولی السملی (متوفی 1465/870ق) در مراکش، یکی از شاخص ترین کتب ادعیه مشتمل بر صلوات و ادعیه برای حضرت محمد است. این نسخه بر اساس خط خطی نوری عثمان معروف به قایش زاده یا کیش زاده حافظ عثمان نوری افندی (1833-1894)، خطاط معروف امپراتوری عثمانی، در استانبول چاپ شده است.
