This document is an open letter signed by a large number of merchants in Tehran and is addressed to "ʻumūm-i afrād-i ḥassāsī-i mamlakat". After emphasize the importance of economy and trade in any country they announce their alliance with the Azarbayjani protesters and ask all those who have taken refuge anywhere in the country to come out to unite and rise against the ruling elite.
