This document, signed by ʻAbd al-Ḥusayn Hūmshmand Shīrāzī, a member of "Mujāhidīn-i Islāmī" and a devoted soldier, is a thankful letter to the newly formed national army, led by Sardar Sipah [Riz̤ā Khān] for its bravery and success.
