The sheets 1-6, 9, 31-36, 48, 74, 122 are broken off and the bottom quarter of the sheets are torn off. All pages have a lot of stains. Also ink is smeared in all of the text. Between main text included additional sheets (31b-32a, 48b-49a). The sheet 8b is empty. Some sheets are broken off. The margins are covered with various writings. Text is erased on the sheet 39b.
