Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. European paper with watermark; glossy; frame-ruled. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Worm-eaten., Origin: According to colophon, copy completed by ʻUthmān ibn Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad al-Damīrī al-Mālikī(?) on 4 Muḥarram 1028 [Dec. 22, 1618], from an old copy, dated Thursday 28 Rabīʻ al-Ākhirah 861 [March 25, 1457] (fol. 57b)., Incipit: قال الشيخ العالم العلامة فريد دهره وناظم شمل الادب فى نثره تفى الدين ابي بكر ابن حجة الحموي منشي ديوان الانشا الشريف بالمملكة الاسلامية لطف الله به ورحمه الحمد لله الذي لا يحصى مجموع فضله ديوان ولا تقابل بذكره جبره بالنسيان علمنا البيان فعلمنا اهن بديع السموات والارض ...
