Woven silk with vertical and hotizontal point repeat pattern with 4 minimum pattern areas. Satin foundation structure 4/1 satin; warp count: 75, yellow gold silk. Weft: cotton; description: slight S; 1 ply. Satin and velvet warp order 3-1-2. Velvet structure: pile counts: warps 12; along weft 13. Binding weft threads: silk; skinny. Brocade strucute: 4/1 twill, count 17. Metal & Twist: gilt (?) Z. Brocade only at the centre and in the spandrels. Selvedges: two portions; inner more proportionally warp-faced (showing more silk); outer showing more cotton weft. Silk (Textile) Cotton Weaving
