Fiziksel açıklama Carpet fragment of woven wool, cut and re-joined. WARP: light brown wool; Z3S; 13 threads per inch (49 per dm) WEFT: brown wool; Z spun, unplied; 2 parallel threads per shoot; 2 shoots after each row of knots; 6 knots per inch (25 per dm). PILE: wool; 6 colours: red, yellow, dark green, blue, dark brown, white; symmetrical knot tied around 2 threads; 39 knots per sq. inch (612 per sq. dm). SIDE FINISH: cut END FINISH: cut DESIGN: 'Field: red ground with remains of two sunburst-like medallions with white ground with red, green and blue superimposing forms. Borders (on the right hand side); there is an inner border of red and yellow bands and then part of a wider border with a white ground and a floral meander.
