یادداشت‌ها اسناد حقوقی در دست حلفون ب. مناسه. راست: زن پس از سابقه بدرفتاری، در ازای پرداخت 17 دینار، شوهرش ابوالعلاء را از تمام تعهداتش رها می کند. فرمول ها تمام سناریوهای احتمالی آینده مانند طلاق و مرگ هر یک از طرفین را پوشش می دهند. از فرزندان او ابوالخیر و سیت الکل نیز نام برده شده است. Verso: سند حقوقی مربوط به بدهی ناشی از فروش خانه. طرفین نیسان ابوسعد و ابوالعلاء (احتمالاً همان فرد در رکتو) هستند. نوشته شده در فصطاط تحت نظر ماسلیاح ها کوهن، مورخ 14[4]1 عصر سلوکی (= 1130 م). با امضای منسی ها کوهن ب. یعقوب و حلفون ب. مناسه.
