محاسبه تقویم سالهای 1458-1461 عصر سلوکی (= 1146-1147 تا 1149-1150 میلادی) به دست حلفون ب. مناسه. تاریخگذاری سالها بر اساس دوران آفرینش، عصر سلوکی و عصر تخریب معبد دوم است. جایگاه یک سال در چرخه جوبیلی، سیکل ساباتیک و چرخه 19 ساله نیز مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. تقویم برای هر سال دشت یا میانی بودن آن و طول ماههای متغیر Marḥešvan و Kislev را مشخص میکند و روز هفته آغاز ماهها، اعیاد و روزهها و روز و زمان تکفوت را مشخص میکند.
