پیش نویس یک سند قانونی گزارش رویدادی در سانبات، شهری کوچک در دلتای مصر، که در آن فردی به اشتباه مشکوک به رفتار نادرست شده و به ناحق از خواندن بخشی از تورات منع شده است. مورخ مرحشوان 1402 عصر سلوکی (= سپتامبر 1090 میلادی). در قسمت پایین recto و در مقابل یک piyyuṭ است که در حاشیه سمت چپ ادامه دارد.
