Recto: سند حقوقی از Fusṭāṭ به تاریخ Av 1[3]14 (= 1003 م.) در مورد ارث (وصیت) با ذکر یوسف ب. افرایم و اداقا ب. دیوید و کوهن. Verso: piyyuṭ (ضرب المثل پیامبر) برای شوعوت توسط سهلان بن. ابراهیم. سهلان به صورت آکرستیک در مخفف ابتدای صفحه نوشته شده است.
