تلمود بابلی، ʿEruvin 2a-b (f. 2) و 11a-12a (f. 1). F. 2v شامل سه یادداشت خرید است. این کتاب در ابتدا توسط مناحم ب. ساموئل در یادداشت دوم آمده است که این کتاب توسط گائون ماسلیاخ ها کوهن فلسطینی در کیسلف در سال 1448 عصر سلوکی (= 1136 میلادی) خریداری شده است. این یادداشت در دست حلفون ها لوی ب. مناسه و به امضای ناتان ها کوهن ب. سلیمان ها کوهن و حلفون ها لوی ب. مناسه. امضای ناتان ب. سلیمان با حروف کوچکی که تاریخ فروش را نشان می دهد احاطه شده است. یادداشت سومی که به دست ثالث نوشته شده، حکایت از خرید این کتاب توسط مناحم بن. برحوت از املاک گائون در 1457 عصر سلوکی (= 1145 م).
