Özet
Cezayir'de İslam'ı canlandırmak ve Cezayirlileri Fransız sömürgesinin pençesinden kurtarmak için bir tefsir kaleme alan çağdaş bilim adamı Abdülhamid b. Bâdîs, Kur'an-ı Kerim'i yirmi beş yıl içerisinde tefsir etmiştir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmada Abdülhamid b. Bâdîs'in yazmış olduğu tefsirde Makâsidî Tefsir ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada Bâdîs’in şeriatın hedeflerine, yöntemine ve esasına yönelik katkıları olan bir ilim adamı olduğu açığa çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Tüm bu hususların yanı sıra dinî metinlerin anlaşılmasının gerekliliği ortaya konulmuş ve fetvanın güncel konumunu koruduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın cevaplamaya çalıştığı ana soru ise şudur: İbn Bâdîs'in tefsirinde Makâsidî Tefsir’den söz edilebilir mi? Bu sorunun cevabı şu sorular cevaplanarak elde edilebilir:1. Abdülhamid b. Bâdîs kimdir?2. O, tefsirinde özel bir metot kullanmış mıdır?3. Makâsidî Tefsir nedir ve neden önemlidir?4. İbn Bâdîs'in tefsirinde Makâsidî TefsirBu çerçevede çalışma giriş ve dört bölüme ayrılmıştır. Girişte konunun genel çerçevesi çizilmiş ve konu hakkında temel sorunlar, nedenler ve amaçlar tanımlanmıştır. İlk bölümde İbn Bâdîs'in hayatı ele alınmış, ikinci bölümde Makâsidî Tefsir’in çerçevesi çizilmiş, üçüncü bölümde İbn Bâdîs'in tefsirinde kullandığı metot ve kaynaklar irdelenmiş ve dördüncü bölümde Makâsid ilmi etraflıca ele alınmış ve bu ilmin bölümleri incelenmiştir. Tam da bu bağlamda İbn Bâdîs'in tefsirinde Makâsid ilmini nasıl uygulamaya çalıştığı ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Son olarak İbn Bâdîs'in Makâsid ilmine olumlu baktığı ve bu ilmi reform projeleri kapsamında kullandığı ortaya çıkarılmıştır.

Sheikh Abd al-Hamid bin Bâdîs, was a contemporary scientist who employed the Holy Quran to revive Islam in Algeria and save the Algerians from the clutches of the French colonizer, has interpreted the Holy Quran in twenty-five years. In this paper, we will study the topic (The Maqasid Interpretation in the Interpretation of Abdul Hamid bin Bâdîs). So we discussed this scientific attempt to show an Islamic figure who had contributions and additions to the Maqasid interpretation related to the goals, governance and merits of Sharia. These contributions are reflected by theorizing the reality of his understanding of the legal texts, and the application of the reality of fatwas, his advocacy directions. The main question that this study tries to answer is: Is the Maqasid interpretation available in the interpretation of Ibn Bâdîs? This is achieved by answering the following questions that we examined in this study:1. Who is Abdul Hamid bin Bâdîs?2. Does he have a specific approach in his interpretation?3. What is meant by the Maqasid interpretation and why is it important?4. Is the Maqasid interpretation available in the interpretation of Ibn Bâdîs?Therefore, the study was divided into an introduction and four chapter. As for the introduction, I became acquainted with it and identified its problems, causes and objectives. In the first chapter I wrote the translation of Ibn Bâdîs, and in the second chapter I defined the Maqasid interpretation, and in the third chapter I examined the approach of Ibn Bâdîs in interpretation and its sources, and in the fourth chapter I wrote a summary of the science of purposes and its divisions and followed it with practical models of the interpretation of Ibn Bâdîs. Then the result came that Ibn Bâdîs was looking Maqasid's view and using the purpose science of the purposes of his reform projects.
