Notes The Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and his Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) are the main and important sources of understanding religion. In other words, the understanding of management from the perspective of Islam is the understanding of the Sunnah of the Prophet, which can only be achieved by referring to the Qur'an, as a basis, and observing the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH), as the manifestation of rulings, and following the life of the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) as a guide and interpreter of the Qur'an and the Prophet's (PBUH) Sunnah. Other methods of research on Islamic management usually lead to observation of Muslim management practices or eclectic generalizations of pseudo-Islamic beliefs; This eclecticism manifests itself in three ways; Ideological eclecticism, which originates from ideology-oriented and non-religious dogmatic beliefs, and scientific eclecticism, which originates from pseudo-scientific astounded beliefs, and practical eclecticism, which originates from individual or group experiences of Muslims. Islamic management can be defined when it is made up of this eclecticism.
