Notes
In this article, the issue of "empowerment of female heads of the household" is studied from the point of view of restoration and modification of indicators aimed at evaluating the performance of institutions that are responsible for empowerment. In this regard, "Sarah Lange's theory" was chosen because it is "richer" and "more well-known" than other theories, and after "description" of the indicators mentioned in it, it has been "criticized"; In such a way that the authors have tried to find the "flaws" and "skeweds" of the indicators included in this theory based on their experiences and observations of the void and the needs of female heads of households in the current society of Iran. In the next step, Lange's theory was used to design and define "efficient" and "native" indicators to measure the performance of sponsoring institutions from the text of these negative and positive discussions. This stage can be considered "reconstruction of Lange's theory", and it can also be considered "independent and different indexing", which of course is partially along Lange's theory. Compared to Lange's indices, these indices are "multidimensional" in terms of the comprehensiveness factor, and are considered "native" and "local" in terms of adaptation to our specific cultural conditions. The data of this article have been collected by relying on "documentary analysis" and "direct observation" methods, and then the existing indicators have been reviewed and finally the desired indicators have been presented. In this way, the concept of empowering women heads of households has been divided into five dimensions and then for each dimension, the number of objective and operational indicators has been determined.
