Notes
The lifestyles of today's societies are classified in a spectrum and in three forms: extreme, middle and extreme. Moderation means avoiding extremes, which is accepted by religious sources. Islamic lifestyle moderation means moderation in the individual dimension and balance in the social dimension in all components of life. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explain personality moderation based on Quranic verses and related traditions, and to explore and deduce the moderation model of Islamic lifestyle. On this basis, one can ask, what model can be explained based on the moderation of the Islamic lifestyle? What is the relationship between moderation (in individual lifestyle) and balance (in social lifestyle)? But the method in this research is the method of text analysis. The basis of the work according to the mentioned method is that questions are raised first and then the answer is sought in the text. In the method of text analysis, the relationship between referring to the text and drawing conclusions about each article is two-way and repeated; That is, by posing a question, he starts searching the text and after reading the text, he may change the meaning of some parts of other parts. With the investigations done, the research came to the conclusion that the Islamic lifestyle is a middle style in the individual dimension and a balanced style in the social dimension; Moderation in the individual lifestyle explains the balance in the social lifestyle; The Islamic way of life has the necessary harmony and adaptation with other social and cultural systems of the society as well as with its components and collections, and they do not reflect the lack of balance (excesses and excesses) from Muslims in any aspect of individual and social life affairs; And finally, the balance in the Islamic lifestyle is not a case-by-case matter, but a general model that is present in all aspects of life.
