For this purpose, emphasis on divine eternal rules is considered as an important factor. In this regard, the current study aimed to extract simple rules of behavior for managers in organizations from the perspective of Holy Quran. Thus, we investigated verses of Baqara Sura using thematic analysis method and search proviso, argue, hope and result particles. Accordingly, we attained 8 rules included "leadership", "following", "punishment", "Anti-oppression", "kindness", "reward and Appreciation" and "ordain laws and allegiance of God's laws". Eventually, using hidden concepts in every verse, implications of each rule in organizations were expressed.
