Notes The topic of this article is "comparative comparison of Imam Khomeini's (RA) view on the world system and Immanuel Wallerstein's Qamar and Periphery theory". The discussion of weakness and arrogance is one of the important topics of religious thought, especially in the theory of Imam Khomeini (RA). Imam (RA) believes in two world systems of the arrogant and the oppressed. Because the arrogant are against the development of deprived and oppressed countries, they believe that the wealth and power of the arrogant are due to the looting of the assets of the oppressed, and until the arrogant powers of the world are destroyed, it is impossible for humans to achieve peace and tranquility, prosperity, security and inheritance of the earth and to reach their divine rights. In the field of world system, this theory has similarities with Immanuel Wallerstein's view of Qamar and his surroundings. This article explains the similarities and differences of these two theories.
