The first Race Meeting iu Kantara, organized by Officers of the 75th Division, was, held on a well-arranged- course on Saturday "last, the 23th instant. An excellent programme of six races was handled with all the old-time vigour and enthusiasm of the turf. There was a very large gathering of troops, and the officers enclosure was graced by a goodly number of nursing sisters from local'hospitals.
