Notes Laclau and Mouffe's discourse theory, while pursuing discourse analysis, is also considered a theory about the formation of individual and collective identity. In this article, by replacing Ayatollah Shahabadi's theory of nature with Lacan's theory of the unconscious, which has been used by Laclau and Mouffe, the ground has been prepared for the transformation of the discursive theory of identity into a different theory with a religious approach. Among the consequences of this change in the theory, assigning a greater role to the subject in choosing an individual identity, increasing the explanatory power of the theory, making it more social, removing the theory from looking at identity as a purely cultural and historical matter that is the result of conflict between others, to a matter that is the result of conflicts or conflicts between the human essence and others. In addition, the work carried out can be considered as an example of a refined approach in the production of religious science. The method used in this research is descriptive, explanatory and critical.
