Sample Text Islam has a comprehensive plan to control and prevent perversion. Therefore, extracting Islamic teachings about this can be an effective help to the officials of the Islamic system to deal with social harm. One of the important axes in this regard is the awareness of the Qur'an's view on harsh punishment. This research has been done with the grounded theory method and by referring to all the verses of the Quran. From the point of view of the Qur'an, the methods of violent control are: execution, amputation, amputation, whipping, arrest, exile, and restrictions on communication with others. This type of punishment is implemented for a small number of deviants and those who do not return from deviance on their own, and other non-violent controls cannot cause them to return from deviance. The Holy Quran has presented one of the most advanced and wise programs to prevent murder by emphasizing the sentence of revenge for the murderer, because the revenge of the murderer is the reason for the life of the society, although the murderer can be saved from execution by paying the ransom and getting their consent, based on the consent of the parents of the victim and their waiver of their legal rights.
