The links between sub-cultures and sub-cultural components with deviance and victimization is a major axis in the Quranic theory of deviance. This research studies the analysis of the Qur'an from these links and is a part of a research project that aims to identify and compile the social theory of Islamic scriptures in this context. The findings show that in this Qur'anic analysis, 43 factors from different levels, their integration and relationships have been investigated in a systematic and detailed way in six axes. This analysis is presented in the form of a theoretical model. and contains new knowledge about the subject. The research method is qualitative content analysis with a mixed approach. This method has been able to comply with the rules of text interpretation in Islamic and social sciences and reach an understanding of Quranic verses and passages that are valid in both scientific fields.
