The factor of rationality in Iran during the Islamic period, especially the contemporary era, has always been able to play a role in the thinking of religious scholars within the framework of the religious context. This process during the constitutional era in the political thought of Mohammad Hossein Naini in the book Tanbih al-Alama wa Tanzih al-Malla in a coherent framework shows his political understanding of the conditions and requirements of the time, the institution of the parliament, and at the same time creating a convergence between the views of traditionalists and modernists in the understanding of religious concepts in the field of politics and, accordingly, his political theorizing in this field. In this article, an attempt has been made to describe and explain the distinctive and special indicators and dimensions of Naini's religious rationality regarding the necessity of the existence of parliament and the establishment of Islamic monarchy as a new structure in the field of politics in the constitutional period by referring to Naini's Tanbih-Halamah and Tanzihal-Malla book with a descriptive-analytical method and based on Thomas Springer's theory.
