Notes
While visiting Athens last May 1936, I also visited Mr. Benaki, the Minister of Agriculture of the friendly Hellenic government. Mr. Benaki is one of the oldest and richest people in Greece. He established a beautiful museum in his name, with Ottoman weapons, yagans and ancient Turkish artifacts, and presented it as a gift to his nation.
