Notes Clarifying the place of values ​​in the methodology of management studies as one of the social sciences is of particular importance due to its practical nature. Therefore, it seems that examining the dimensions of this issue can provide a research path for Islamic management researchers. The findings of this research, which was carried out using a descriptive-analytical method, are: 1. Values ​​help social science researchers in problem-finding and the initial stages of research, providing a related intellectual framework and prioritizing different aspects of studies; 2. Due to the practical nature of management and managers not being devoid of values, this scientific field is more influenced by values; 3. There are many evidences on the importance and role of values ​​in management; 4. Values ​​in Islam are systematic, so Islamic management researchers should pay attention to these findings and in this way increase the richness of their studies in order to provide a platform for the development of Islamic management theory in the light of the systematic study of values.
