Notes I will not write here at length about the life and deeds of Mehmed Said Galib Efendi [Pasha], who entered political life at the end of the eighteenth century and occupied a high position among the Statesmen who grew up in Türkiye with his good opinion and thinking, his courage and understanding, and his sympathy with foreign people; He translated it quite thoroughly! I published its version in the second volume of my work titled (Karesi Meşahiri) in 1925; In this article, after briefly explaining how Galib Efendi was brought up, I publish some important documents that have not been published before, belonging to the Paris delegation of the time; These documents are among the treasury file files and contain important information about Galib Efendi's French politics, French politicians, Minister of Foreign Affairs Taleyran and Bonaparte, who was the general consul at that time, and his meetings with them.
