Notes In Today's variable, complex and diverse environment, organizations being recognized as adoptive complex systems, it is important that organizational management theories and conversations localize in order to confront with multiple and diverse environmental elements and overcome them or to discover laws that require spending the least expenses and achieving the utmost effectiveness. For this purpose, emphasis on divine eternal rules is considered as an important factor. In this regard, the current study aimed to extract simple rules of behavior for managers in organizations from the perspective of Holy Quran. Thus, we investigated verses of Baqara Sura using thematic analysis method and search proviso, argue, hope and result particles. Accordingly, we attained 8 rules included "leadership", "following", "punishment", "Anti-oppression", "kindness", "reward and Appreciation" and "ordain laws and allegiance of God's laws". Eventually, using hidden concepts in every verse, implications of each rule in organizations were expressed. This article can develop existing theoretical knowledge and also play an effective role in islamization of organizations and fitting with our country's native environment.
