As it is known, due to the situation of the Ottoman army, which was defeated for various reasons due to the rebellion against the Ottoman sultan, who was the deputy of the Egyptian governor Mehmed Ali, and the situation taking a political shape, Mustafa Reşid Bey (pasha), who was in Amedci at that time, was sent from Istanbul to Kütahya to negotiate with İbrahim Pasha. Ibrahim Pasha annexed every place he passed to Egypt and appointed his trustees there. In the meantime, he appointed Dürri zâde Reşid Ağa, who was Rauf Pasha's trustee during the Ottoman period, as his advisor to Kütahya and sent him an official from the Egyptian army headquarters.
