Notes	The fifth season Karatepe studies, carried out on behalf of the General Directorate of Antiquities and Museums and the Turkish Historical Society, continued from September 6, 1950 to October 18, 1950. Excavation team Prof. Dr. H.Th. Bossert, Dr. U. Bahadır Alkım, Mrs. It consisted of Michael Gough (architect), Lütfi Ozin (Arch. Architect) and Dursun Cankut (photography). Prof. A.Dupont-Sommer (Paris) stayed with us for ten days and made observations in both Karatepe and Domuztepe. We can list our work as follows:
