Süleyman Pasha, who participated in the work of the military schools by being the overseer of the military schools during the reign of Sultan Abdülaziz, was born in the Mollagürani neighborhood around Süleymaniye in Istanbul, in the month of Ramadan 1254 (October 1838). His father is Seyyid Mehmed Efendi, the grandson of the Janissary agha. After his primary education, he continued his madrasa lessons, entered the Military High School in Maçka in 1269 AH, 1853 AD, and the Military Academy in 1272 AH, and became a lieutenant in 1276 AH, 1859 AD, and was appointed to the second army in Rumelia.
