Notes In 1945, during the excavations carried out by the National Archaeological Museum in the Byal Bryag location, around Preslav, one of the old Bulgarian government centers, Mrs. V. Mavrodinova discovered a new Proto-Bulgarian inscription. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to first publish this valuable discovery. I would like to express my gratitude to Mavrodinova. While examining the subject of the inscription, I benefited from their copies, the molds and pictures they took.
