Notes	International XXI. The Congress of Songwriters convened in Paris in the last week of July 1948 (23 - 31 July), after a necessary delay due to the intervention of the Second World War. The fact that Türkiye participated in this meeting with a very large delegation, where nearly 600 members, 130 of whom were delegates, attracted the attention of the Congress environment, who remembered that many times no member from our country went to the previous Song Yachtsmen Congresses, and sometimes only one or two delegates attended.
