Notes XIX. Sadullah Pasha, who grew up in the second half of the century and contributed to the new literary development that opened with the Tanzimat period with his sweet and attractive style, originally belonged to an Ayaş family; His grandfather was a scholar named Hasan Efendi, the mufti of Ayaş. Of the two sons of Hasan Efendi that we know, one is Hacı Mes'ud Ağa and the other is Sadullah Pasha's father, Vizier Es'ad Muhlis Pasha.
