Notes	Since the foreign word "archiv" to the layman means nothing more than raw written materials of all kinds and the place where they are collected, one should not be surprised that such foreigners cannot find a clear distinction between archive and library. Even some professionals cannot explain the issue properly when separating them. For this reason, we will not start with the definition of the archive like other colleagues, while we want to show the distinction between them and draw a clear line such as this is archive property and this is library property. Because it is easy to describe the archive to those in the profession and explain the subject based on this. However, since the description will remain closed and obscure for the layman, we will leave this aside and try to show the exact difference with its "signs" by introducing the items of the archive and the library with their characters.
