Notes	The news, which appeared in Belleten number 54, page 312, under the title "Prehistoric research in the Aegean region", was taken from the "Management and Supervisory Boards Report" read at the General Assembly meeting of our Institution dated March 25, 1950. This news, summarized by our Institution, from a letter dated February 14, 1950 given to our Institution by Dr. Muzaffer Şenyürek, is published in Belleten (number 54, page 312) was published with some errors and omissions. Meanwhile, the word "r" was not found in the third line of the first paragraph, and some words were omitted. For this reason, we are republishing this part (page 9) of the printed report submitted to the General Assembly of the Turkish Historical Society on 25 March 1950.
