Notes The subject of this article is the place of unity and cohesion in Islam with emphasis on the view of the Supreme Leader. Based on the teachings of Islam, Islamic unity is one of the most important ideas and ideals for every free Muslim from the beginning of Islam until now. In the universe, the principle is unity, and the origin of creation is unity. In fact, unity is the most important factor in the authority of the Islamic Ummah; Therefore, the most poisonous arrows of the enemies are also aimed in this direction. Islamic unity and cohesion is very important. From the Supreme Leader's point of view, it is important when unity, first of all, causes the differences to disappear and secondly, brings Islamic sovereignty. Unity can be defined as the absence of division, hypocrisy, conflict and conflict, and Islamic unity can be defined as the peaceful coexistence of followers of Islamic religions. The Supreme Leader attaches such importance to the issue of unity that they present it as a strategic issue and not a tactical issue. He has always invited scholars, intellectuals, political leaders and members of the Islamic Ummah to unite under the instructions and teachings of the Holy Quran and devotion and love for the Prophet of Islam (PBUH). He has been a pioneer of Islamic unity and has played a prominent role in strengthening the unity of the Islamic Ummah.
