It started its publication life in 1338 (1922). Published by the Air School Command. It was published under this name between 1922 and 1949. Sometimes it was published monthly, sometimes at quarterly intervals. In the 19th issue dated July 1, 1341, there is the phrase "Published once a month by the Air Force Inspectorate". Many articles regarding aviation, and therefore military history, were published in various issues of the magazine. Some of these are: "Armored in the Russian Army", "New Year Congratulations and Various States Air Organization", "Third Air Exhibition in Paris", "Air Wars", "Air Battles and the People in the War of Future", "British Opinion - Imperial Air Lines and Their Defense", "Our Airplane Martyrs in the Line of Duty", later "Aircraft" It was published under the name "Mecmuası".
