There is a woman with a razor in her hand on the right of the circular object on which the name of the magazine/newspaper is written, and a man with a razor in his hand on the left. The director of the newspaper, whose first issue was published on April 20, 1927, is Zeki Cemal. Information about the type and day of the newspaper, which is published once a week on Wednesdays, is given with the phrase "humor newspaper published on Wednesdays", and the person who publishes it is given with the sentence: "It is published by master journeymen with a license from the shavers' society". Its administrative office is on the Bab-ı Âli-Cağaloğlu hill in Istanbul and it was printed at the Teşebbüs Printing House. A copy costs 3 cents. The annual fee is 150 kuruş for 52 copies, and the six-month fee is 75 kuruş. It costs 3 dollars a year for foreign nationalities.
The newspaper, published in ten issues, is arranged in four pages and four columns. In the articles in the newspaper, the signatures of Traşçıbaşı, Necdet Rüştü, Burhaneddin Ali, Fesundaz, Çapkın Berber, İskete, Sakallı, Meddah Süruri, Paşa Kazım, Küheylan, Razor, Ali Asgar Ağa, Şap, Mehmet Asaf, Mekki Muyer/Muir, Traş, Şup, Bekçi Baba, Ahmet Rasim, Konselidci, Sansar, M.A. can be seen, there are also unsigned writings.
