It is published twice a week, that is, every Monday and Thursday, in the Department of Military Affairs, specifically for military affairs and military news. Visible are the years/numbers. The subtitle, duration and size have changed many times. In the first years, it was published by the military department, and later on (xxxi/1309) by the special directorate of the accounting department, but from xlvii (14 Kanunievvel 1325/ 15 Muharrem 1328), it was published by the General Training and Education Department of the Ministry of War. The number 1247 is written at the top of the copy dated 20 September/16 Shawwal 1295/ 1879, the number of which is illegible, as if it were the starting year. As can be seen, respectively, cerîde-i military. It was published as annexed cerîde-i military and ceride-i military. Its addition is the military magazine. Published by: authority seraskeri-war ministry military personnel department first branch cerîde section. Istanbul, Ceride-i Osmâniye Printing House. 1298-1318, on a monthly basis, provided that it is given to Ceride-i Military subscribers. 1-149 and 1319-1329; i-'s have been published. Subtitles and lengths have changed frequently. Subheadings are not included, heights are stated.
