From the information in the published issue field, the number 594 is a determination resulting from the lack of issues of the newspapers published between 17 June 1965 and 31 January 1967. This figure was reached assuming there was no skipping in between. When we add these to the published numbers, the number 17789 emerges. The year clause was removed after 1958.
