Manafi-i property and state-servant Ottoman newspaper = journal illlistré turc paraissant le jeudi. The literary, scientific, industrial and commercial Ottoman newspaper is published on Thursdays. It is an Ottoman newspaper that talks about literature, education, industry, state of affairs, travel, novels and so on. Osmanlı newspaper, published on Thursdays, is published on Thursdays. In 1317H, by order of the Yıldız Palace, broadcasting was suspended for 7 weeks. It was closed for 194 days in 1317H due to Ahmed İhsan Bey being stranded in Switzerland. During the armistice years, 4 years (20 May 1336 / 1920-20 Teşrin II 1924) were closed. (see page 3 of issue 1475). He created the panorama and the panorama of the battle between Russia and Japan.
