It is a newspaper that deals with politics, public affairs, trade and finance.
It is printed and published five times a week, that is, on Sundays and Fridays, in a special place in the Tomruk office, near Bâb-ı Âli in Dersaadet.
While Ceride-i Havadis newspaper was first published by Çörçil (1 Cumada II 1256-24 Rebi II 1281, 1-1212 issue), in the meantime, Rûznâme-i Cerîde-i Havâdis started to be published by the same person as a sort of addition to it. (16 Rabi II 1277-1294, 1-959, 1-5865).
Although Ceride-i Havadis stopped its publication in the meantime, Rûznâme-i Cerîde-i Havadis continued its publication with a new issue number (new series).
When Rûznâme-i Cerîde-i Havadis also stopped its publication, this time Ahmet Fethi and Ali Sacid Beyler started to publish a newspaper under the name of Ceride-i Havadis and LXXXV. We see that they published numbers 1334/ 1918-1335/ 1919, 23249-23327 (including 1/ 23302-26/ 23327).
Finally, since Ceride-i Havadis published by Ahmet Fethi and Ali Sacid Beyler was not very comprehensive and the emphasis was on Çörçil's newspaper, it was deemed appropriate to collect them all in Rûznâme-i Cerîde-i Havadis.
Starting from the 5th volume, there was a decrease in the number of issues and the issue number started from number 1 again and so on.
Starting from the 5th volume, issue 122, the name of the newspaper changed, from Ceride-i Havadis to Rûznâme-i Cerîde-i Havadis.
Volume 6 is reverse bound.
Volume 7 is bound upside down.
Volume 8 is reverse bound.
Volume 9 is bound upside down.
Volume 10 is bound backwards.
It was published 5 times a week, excluding Sundays and Fridays, starting from 25 Rabi al-Ahir 1281.
Starting from the 11th volume, the number decreased and the issue number started at number 1 again and so on.
