Notes It is the means of publication of the supporters of the constitutional government and the general reforms, and is the daily newspaper that serves the general interests of the Ottoman Empire. He is the means of disseminating ideas of the Ottoman Committee of Union and Progress. It is the means of publication of the Ottoman Turkish and Islamic Union. The first issues of the newspaper were published in Egypt, then in Paris and then in Istanbul. I-VI, 1-139(1320-1324)'s "fortnight"; VII, 140-191(1324-1325) were published as "daily" and VIII-IX, 192-200(1825-1326) were published as "weekly", the later issues are of "uncertain duration". There is an "Extraordinary Copy" number I dated 12 April 1325 and its name is "Sûra-yi Ümmet in Selanik". There have been changes in the titles from time to time. I-VI. year "It is the means of publication of the parties of the Constitutional Government and the General Reforms." VII, year, "I am a servant to the General Interests of the Ottoman Empire", "Consultation Administration in Paris for the general administration of the Society and the newspaper"; VIII-IX. It has been published for years with titles such as "Under the share of destruction of tyranny... The perfect evildoers of Salonika Military... The whole of Rumelia is a memory of gratitude." The newspaper was published in Egypt, Paris and Istanbul respectively. I-VI, 1-139 (1320-1324)'s "fortnight"; VIII, 140-191 (1324-1325) were published as "daily" and VIII-IX, 192-200 (1325-1326) were published as "weekly", and the later issues were "irregular". There is an extraordinary copy of Şûra-yi Ümmet in Thessaloniki, dated 12 April 1325.
