Its size was reduced starting from 16 (25 April 1325). In the 15th issue, "Suret-i hatt-ı Hümayun ve Hey'et-i vükela" was given. The separate issues 31-32 (10 July 1325) were published together and are a special issue related to the declaration of the "Constitutional Monarchy".
After Ebül Fahri Hüseyin, who served as Editor-in-Chief until the 30th issue, it is not clear who was the Editor-in-Chief in issues 31-35. Although Süleylah Necati's name has been mentioned since 36 (July 29, 1325), it is not stated who was the editor-in-chief in issues 71-74. However, from 75 (April 5, 1326) until the end, we see Yusuf Mazhar as the editor-in-chief.
