It is stated by some researchers that Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who came to Istanbul from Adana after the Armistice of Mudros (he was welcomed at Haydarpaşa Train Station by Dr. Tevfik Rüştü Aras - it is stated that he said the words "They will go as they come" about the enemy ships in the Bosphorus that day) together with his close friend Fethi Okyar.
"Let's take a lesson from the disaster" on page 1 of the newspaper's 1st issue (1 Teşrin II 1334/1918). "Hürriyet letter" on page 1 of the 2nd issue; "Peace and righteousness" on page 1 of the 4th issue and pages 6-9. It is claimed that the serial titled "Becoming Modern", which lasted for 4 days on the 2nd page of the issues, belongs to Atatürk. The same sources state that the "Hatîb" who wrote these articles was Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who could not write his name clearly because he was an officer.
